Eligible participants are being enrolled on a rolling basis, and the first study groups have now begun attending scheduled sessions. These sessions take place twice per week over a 16-week period and are delivered in small, in-person groups.


As part of the study design, participants are placed into one of several groups. This process is randomized and is an important part of how researchers evaluate what approaches are most effective over time.


In addition to regular sessions, participants will complete follow-up visits at set intervals throughout the study. These visits allow the research team to better understand how participation changes over time.


Recruitment will continue over the coming months as additional participants are enrolled.
