A university research study
Focused on real-life follow-through
Designed with teen input in mind

Why your voice matters

Most programs for teens are built by adults. This study listens to teens. Your experience helps researchers:
01
Understand what actually works
02
Design better programs
03
Decide what gets studied next

That’s how change happens

What participation looks like

You’ll be placed in one of three study groups.
You don’t choose the group — that’s how research works.
3 assessment visits(baseline, 16 weeks, 32 weeks)
2 sessions per week
In person
Sessions are 90 minutes
1 follow-up visit later
